• 1.Network Support Engineer (English Speaker)

  Area	Makati
  Salary	PHP25,000 over
  Details	Monitors our core network to ensure the availability of services.  Provide support via phone, email and on-site.  Good analytical, risk mitigation, negotiation and vendor relationship skills.  Installation and configuration of routers and switches  Provide accurate feedback to Customer Support, client and updating ticket.  Experiencee with troubleshooting DSU, CSU, circuit configurations and other teleco related issues.  Coordinate with carrier and network service provider for immediate solution.
  Requirements	Ability to clearly document technical processes and procedures.  Knowledgeable in NOC monitoring and alerting tools  Good analytical, risk mitigation, negotiation and vendor relationship skills.  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor College Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronic and Communications Engineering  Cisco Certified (CCNA) a definitive advantage but not required  1 year experience with network monitoring tools Preferably from ISP, Data Center , network provider, gaming or e-commerce industries  Understand the basic routing configuration  Written and oral communication skills  Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment quickly  Hardworking, self-motivated and willing to work long hours
